At Spirit Organic we work with you to create a bodywork experience that meets your needs and fulfills your expectations. As you move through the childbearing year we'll use craniosacral therapy, abdominal massage and Spinning Babies techniques to help you with fertility challenges and staying comfortable and flexible through pregnancy. We can give you doula services in childbirth, and bodywork for mama and baby for optimal breastfeeding and pelvic floor health.

We provide a unique and effective method of functional fitness training that will allow you to forge a deeper connection between your mind and body. With this new relationship, you open up to new possibilities for personal fitness.
